Are you am athlete, yoga practitioner, dancer or any other fitness enthusiast? Take 45 minutes to move your spine, open your hips, and release your shoulders with this personalized session. I work with you personally to show differentiators to enhance your practice. I incorporate Ayurveda in my Yoga alignments that perfectly match your body type. We will work together to open up some energy blockages in your body. This will fill you up with energy to tackle the rest of the day. We will breathe and hold postures together to add strength and flexibility to your body.
